    Hey there, I’m getting a ‘critical error’ when updating Enfold theme to version 4.8.6.3. Websites are running on PHP 8.
    Hope you can help me out, because I’m having control over more than 50 website with Enfold.

    Hey Martijn,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, does it work as expected if you downgrade your PHP version to 7.4 for example? You could also try to disable all plugins, to see if that changes anything.

    Hey Rikard, thanks for the reply. On a lower version of PHP (7.4) it works fine.
    Are you preparing an update of Enfold that will work on PHP 8?

    Hi,

    I’m working on PHP 8.0 for months now and do not have any problems.

    Are you using 8.0.10 already.

    There is an undocumented php problem in this version with _sprintf and formatting parameter %s in enfold\includes\admin\option_tabs\avia_blog.php

    which we fixed for next update.

    Can you please try to update this file with:

    https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8_6_3/includes/avia_blog.php

    If this does not help can you please check your error log what else causes the problem.
