    Hi There
We are having some issues on our website and need some assistance:
    1. We have tabs on our community page but they are not displaying correctly. The first tab is empty and then that tabs content is showing in the second tab and so on. The last tabs content is sitting at the bottom of the page. Everything is displaying perfectly in the back-end so its so its difficult to know what the issue is.
    2. Inside one of the tabs, we have 2 columns side by side and a masonry element in the one on the right but it is displaying underneath the first column. Everything is displaying perfectly in the back-end so its so its difficult to know what the issue is.
    3. Video elements are not working correctly. We have added a test page for troubleshooting this. The videos don’t play and when you click on the play button it opens the video in a new tab. This is happening with both YouTube and Vimeo links. (This seems to work ok in Firefox but not in Chrome and other browsers)
    4. The theme seems to be ignoring the advanced styling we have in place. We have set the font weight to 900 on headings 2-6 but its not showing on the front-end.

Please note that we have tried to update the theme to the latest version and we get a critical error. We have x’d out the plugins to test if it is a conflict but the issue remains. When we x’d out Enfold the site came back up. After this we changed the theme to the last stable version that we know.

    Looking forward to your response

    Hey Cordell,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

1-2.) The content of the first tab is at the very bottom of the container. You may need to set the tab section’s Layout > Content height to the second option (Auto adjust to content). And make sure that the Styling > Alignment > Vertical Align settings of each tab is set to Top or Middle.

3.) All videos worked correctly when we checked the page. Is this fixed? You may have set the Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior settings to the third or fourth option, which disallow or block external scripts including videos on page load.

4.) Did you enable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings? Please try toggle or temporarily disable it, and make sure to purge the cache.

If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in separate threads. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael

Thank you for your prompt response.

I think there is some miscommunication here. I have added notes below:

1-2.) The content of the first tab is at the very bottom of the container. You may need to set the tab section’s Layout > Content height to the second option (Auto adjust to content). And make sure that the Styling > Alignment > Vertical Align settings of each tab is set to Top or Middle. – This is not the issue we are having. The content that you see at the bottom of the page is the content that is supposed to display in the last tab. These settings mentioned above are not going to resolve the issue of the content in each tab displaying in the wrong tab on the front-end. The content that is in tab 1 is displaying in tab 2 on the front-end, the content that is meant to display in tab 2 is displaying is tab 3 and so the last tabs content is then pushed to the bottom of the entire tab element.

You also have not addressed why the masonry element is not displaying correctly in the tabs.

Each tabs content is set to align to the top and we cannot adjust the height to the content because some things then break. They only work when you select same height for all tabs.

3.) All videos worked correctly when we checked the page. Is this fixed? You may have set the Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior settings to the third or fourth option, which disallow or block external scripts including videos on page load. – This is not working, have you tested in multiple browsers? The settings above have been default from the start of the build.

4.) Did you enable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings? Please try toggle or temporarily disable it, and make sure to purge the cache. – This has not been enabled on this build.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

1-2.) We have found out that the fts_instagram shortcode is the causing the layout issue. We saved the content of the page as template, applied it to a draft page (see private field) and removed the fts_instagram shortcode. The content within the tab section displayed correctly after removing the shortcode. You may need to contact the plugin authors for additional assistance or use a different instagram plugin.

3.) We checked the site on Chrome and Firefox. Please check the screenshot below.

4.) What is the font that you are using? It is possible the font weight 900 is not available for that font.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael

You are right, it was that shortcode that was messing up the page and the headings. I have removed this.

Some people on my team are still having issues with the videos but we will try troubleshoot and may open a new ticket is need be.

    Thanks
    Cordell
