I just purchased extended support for Enfold as when I log in to support it tells me my license expired.
I purchased an extension but it doesn’t seem to work. What do I need to to do continue accessing the support forum? Thanks, Corina

okay number 4 worked, even though all of them say support until april 2022. Maybe it took some time to feed through to the forum here?

A lot of my themes still say 6 months remaining (I have about 20 licences of Enfold).
actually all of them now have since I just purchased the extended support.

already tried 3 different ones. All of them say 6 months support until April 2022. I’ll try another one.
the fourth one worked for some reaon. not sure if it takes a while to synchronize across to the forum. Although all of the themes say 6 months support left?!

It sounds like it takes a while to synchronize :) If you would like to validate, you could try to register – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ with one of the 3 licenses that did not work. You do not need to finish the registration process :)
