Last year my website was developed by a third party using the Enfold theme. I assume that this party bought a license for that, though I would not know whether this license was bought exclusively for my domain. Now that the collaboration between me and the third has permanently ended, I was wondering whether it is possible for me (the website owner) to buy a new Enfold license for my domain.

The reason for my question being that I was notified by my web host that there was 1 vulnarability found in the current Enfold theme (v4.6.3.1).and that he needs the newest version of the theme in order to fix the problem.

    Please advice.

    Hi Enigma,

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you can’t get the license in question from the developers of your site, then you will have to buy a new license. You can do so here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. Once you have access to the theme files, then please follow this article in order to register your license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Best regards,
    Rikard
