Hi
if a hotspot is placed at BELOW > BOTTOM RIGHT, it actually appears to the right, NOT BELOW ( it takes the class .av-tt-pos-right, not .av-tt-pos-below … ).
Am I wrong something? could you check please? Thank youSeptember 27, 2021 at 3:53 pm #1322518Hey,
Thanks for contacting us!
I just tested on my local installation and it does seem to be working fine on my end – https://imgur.com/a/a1ifODs
Which version of Enfold are you using?
Best regards,
YigitSeptember 27, 2021 at 4:22 pm #1322526Hi Yigit
I’m using version 4.8.6.2…
Below is the url of a picture with the positioning setting and what the hotspot looks like on the page (in the red box).
What can be wrong?
MauraSeptember 28, 2021 at 9:34 am #1322591Update: I just updated to version 4.8.6.3 but the problem persists :-(
September 30, 2021 at 4:20 am #1322901Hi,
Thank you for the update.
It seems to be working correctly on our end. The tooltip gets the correct class names, both av-tt-pos-left/right and av-tt-pos-below. Please post the site URL in the private field so that we could check the issue.

Yes, please post the login details in the private field so that we can check and adjust the hotspot settings. Looks like hotspot 3 is set to be “bottom centered”.

Thank you for the update.
Please remove the old Enfold 4.8.3 from the themes folder to rule out any conflict, then replace the content of the themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/image_hotspots/image_hotspots.php with the following code.
// https://pastebin.com/nJhGCKqf
It is not working correctly because the value in the Posizione Tooltip dropdown option is incorrect.
<optgroup label="Below"> <option value="av-tt-pos-left av-tt-align-bottom">In basso a sinistra</option> <option selected="selected" value="av-tt-pos-right av-tt-align-bottom">In basso a destra</option> <option value="av-tt-pos-below av-tt-align-centered">In basso al centro</option></optgroup>

I replaced the code but the problem persists .. later I also tried to update Enfold to the new version 4.8.6.5 but still nothing. So is it my problem? Where am I wrong? I attach below the code I put …

MauraOctober 11, 2021 at 3:38 am #1324332Hi,
Thank you for following up.
We removed the code that you posted above but it certainly looks correct. The issue might have something to do with the translations because it is working properly on our installation, which is set to the default language (en_US).
Would you mind posting the FTP details in the private field? We may have to access the server in order to debug the issue properly.

Thank you for the info.
We are not yet sure what is causing the issue but we have found out that the select option in the element editor itself holds the incorrect value (see screenshot below). We will forward the issue to our channel.

It was an issue with the translations as expected. We included the correct translations in the latest version (4.8.7) of the theme, which is now available on Themeforest.
