Hi
we have 8 blog posts which have // as part of their breadcrumb trail.I can’t find a reason for it although I think that these were once pages and, a while back, were converted to posts.
Any suggestions for how we can resolve this would be most welcome. Spotted because Google Search Console is flagging them up.
Thanks

Could you try to copy all the content to a new post to see if that helps please? If you created them using the Layout Builder, then you need to enable debug mode first: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. I couldn’t check the links you posted, since I’m getting 403 errors when trying to access them.
Best regards,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have re-created one of the posts as new and the problem of the double slash in the breadcrumb disappears. Will use the need to recreate the articles as an excuse to drive updates to the content and then republish them all.
Which country are you based in? I will remove the country block from it so that you guys can see the site should we have further problems.

Thanks for the update, are you ok with the solution to simply recreate the posts then? If so, then you won’t have to remove any blocks, unless you need any further help.
Best regards,

I wasn’t aware there were other options. I would be interested to know what they are.
However, there are only 8 posts which meed to be rebuilt so it isn’t a big deal.
Thanks for the locations. I had assumed that we were blocking the relevant countries using Cloudflare or Wordfence rules but we are not – so now I have to investigate why you are seeing 403 errors.
regards
John
