    Hi Guys,

    So, a couple of months ago I took over the site fixed a load of issues etc. One of the issues was that the Enfold theme was out of date. I couldn’t work out how to update it as the theme update section was saying there wasn’t any updates available and the theme was up to date. However, managed to update it with the help of Yigit.

    I have just had a look to make sure the auto-updates are working etc and found that the “theme update” section is saying the theme is up to date but when I check the Envato market plugin there is an update 4.8.6.2. When I select the update it says “Updating failed The theme is at the latest version…” The theme is not up to date it is currently at 4.8.3.

    If someone could get back to me that would be great.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I have the Envato market plugin already installed and configured. I can see from the Envato market dashboard that there is an update but cannot install it.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for that, I see the same problem on my end as well unfortunately. I’ve never seen this problem before to be honest with you, so I’m not sure why it’s happening. One of your security plugins might be blocking the traffic, could you try temporarily deactivating them, to see if that helps please?

    Hi Rikard,

    Following on from my previous message.

    There was a conflicting plugin “easy updates manager.” Once this plugin was deactivated the theme along with a few other plugins were updated.
