Hi, my website gives a critical error (wordpress, all plugins and the theme have been updated to the latest version).
The e-mail wordpress sends me says the error was found in the theme, Enfold on this page: https://www.crisisplan.nl/wp-admin/post-new.php

As soon as I activate another theme the error goes away. I have completely delete the theme and uploaded and activated it again, but as soon as I do, the critical error reappears.
I have also deactivated all plugins, but as long as I keep the theme active the error stays there.

What can I do to fix this? The website works, but I cannot add any new posts and we have something big coming up soon and we need to start posting about it.
    Thank you!

    Hi Werner,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

I had already shared the password after my original message, but I will do it again now with this one.

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. Could you share FTP login details with us in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme please? Your theme options are breaking, but I’m not sure why unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Werner Overdijk,

Thanks for giving us FTP access.
It seems the issue is not on the files but on the database, please refer to the answer on this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/error-message-in-the-backend/

problem solved: the error was caused by a missing AUTO_INCREMENT in the table “wp_post”.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
