    Hello,

I have tried upgrading WP Rocket to 3.9.2 however the Full Width Easy Slider no longer works. I get an empty container with no images. As soon as I deactivate WP Rocket then it works again. WP Rocket is also a paid license so I would like to have it working. Is this something you are aware of or can look in to?

    Hey trljackson,

I can’t see a problem with the Full Width Easy Slider on your home, did you try loading your site in an incognito or private browser window? If that doesn’t help, then please let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.

    Best regards,

Hello Rikard, The WP Rocket plugin is deactivated for the time being. As soon as it is activated the content of the slider disappears on mobile only. I have enabled the plugin on my staging site which you view at https://naturalliving.co.za/nl_staging/.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I checked your staging site using mobile emulation in Chrome, but I can’t see any problems there either. Does this only happen on actual mobile devices? If so, then please try loading the site in an incognito window to see if that helps.

    Hi,

I have updated both my staging and live sites to WordPress 8.9.1. In staging WP Rocket plugin is active and the Full Width Easy Slider is working. In Live when I activate the WP Rocket plugin the Full Width Easy Slider does not show any content within the slider on my mobile iphone XR. the staging was backed up yesterday from live so the 2 sites are in synch. No idea why it does not work. Any thoughts on how I might trouble shoot this one I am all ears.

    Thanks
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the update, I’m not sure why that would happen unfortunately. Would it be ok for us to temporarily activate WP Rocket on the live site, so that we can see the actual problem?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Yes that’s fine.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I tried activating WP Rocket, and I’m seeing the same behaviour on my end using Chrome on Android. I’m not 100% sure what is going wrong here, but it might be another plugin, or a setting in WP Rocket. Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce, to see what happens then? Also please try reaching out to WP Rocket support, to see if they can spot the problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
