Hello,
It happens often now that my site brakes or doesnt show things correct after theme update.
Now again there are things not working on the site and it shows wrong.for instance pictures/galleri doesnt show, forms doesnt work so deactivated the recaptcha and https://www.zorbas.dk/priser/ doesnt work correct.
I hope you can help with a stable solution so i dont have those issues in the future. Alot of the issues are the same and after an theme update or a small change.
September 6, 2021 at 4:40 am #1319823Hey lech07,
Thank you for the inquiry,
It seems to be an issue with the file compression settings. You may need to temporarily disable the cache plugin, and turn off the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. If you are using another compression plugin, please disable it temporarily too. This should force the site to load the updated version of the scripts and stylesheets. Right now, it is looking for a minified file that does not exist.

IsmaelSeptember 6, 2021 at 10:00 pm #1319913i did that and it looks ok.
But can i turn them on or how should the settings be?You can see what plugins i have when you are in.
September 9, 2021 at 2:16 am #1320146Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The Siteground Optimizer plugin may have its own minification or compression settings, so you will have to disable those settings first before enabling the default file compression settings from the theme. You could also keep the theme’s default compression settings disabled and use the compression feature of the plugin instead Either way should work fine.

IsmaelSeptember 11, 2021 at 12:41 pm #1320520Ok, i activated siteground optimizer and it seems ok. I can see it has some minification but im not sure if it´s the same as in the theme?
Should i try to test/turn on recaptcha again?
what about the plugin asset clean up, should i wait with this as it may confilct with the other plugins?
(i am trying here to make the pages faster and not to load unnessary scripts)September 13, 2021 at 2:32 am #1320614Hi,
Yes, the minification option from the plugin should be the same as in the theme, so you can just enable it instead. Or install the Autoptimize plugin, which works well with the theme’s Performance > Disabling of template builder elements option. You should also keep the default file compressions settings disabled if you chose to install the Autoptimize plugin.
Best regards,
