We only sell the theme on ThemeForest – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 and provide technical support to our users. We do not have access to users website or emails and there are no recurring payments.

    It seems like website was hosted on Bluehost. They might be able to help you with the logins so please contact them.
