    Hello,

    I’m trying to add a Revolution Slider to my site but keep running into an issue where the slider is very small on mobile screens. Rev Slider support helped me narrow it down to Enfold specifically – I can easily see now that switching to one of the default WP themes quickly fixes the problem when I refresh (this brings the slider back to full width as it’s supposed to be), then switching back to Enfold gives me the small version again.

    There did seem to be an issue with my Envato token no longer being recognized so I finally figured that out and updated the theme this evening – but unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem.

    The small video issue may be isolated to Android devices; my team members with iPhones did not see the problem I’m describing. But those of us with Androids all do.

    Do you have any idea why this might be happening with Enfold? Thanks in advance for any help out!

    Hey thrivecommunities,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The slider is not displaying correctly when the theme is active because the page’s Page Attributes > Template defaults to Slider Revolution Blank Template. We tried changing it to the theme’s default template, but it reverts back to the 4th option after updating the page. Did you set any settings for this or add any modifications to auto assign the template?

    FYI, you have to add the slider using Advance Layout Builder > Plugin Additions > Revolution Slider element. You can use the shortcodes but you have to adjust the template manually.

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for your reply – it looks like our previous test page had the default template, so we tried implementing the updated slider (that Rev Slider support had helped us with) and all is well there. So glad you noticed that – I think that’s our fix!
