    Theme Issue – https://ironcityclassic.com/ is a Client site using Enfold Theme that we’ve just taken on. Only question is how to remove the “This Video Is Unavailable” Error Message.

    Support Registration Error – Used Client’s email earlier today in attempt to create Support Account. Item Purchase Code below. They claim they never received email. Now when I attempt to create Support Account, error message appears stating that there is already an account tied to the Purchase Code. :-(

    Thanks for contacting us!

    1- You are currently using a very old version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.6.2. If that too does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it.

    2- I have deleted the account you created previously. You can use the same purchase code to register a new account. If you would like to use your clients email and do not receive email, please let us know so we can manually set the password :)

    It seems like the issue is related to time attribute. When I remove time attribute from the link, video plays fine. Was time attribute added intentionally? :)
