It was very bed experience after buy your theme. It was worst experience. Your support system is worst.

I checked your threads and posts however it is not clear to me what exactly made you feel that this was the worst experience. If that is because custom CSS code Rikard suggested did not work, there could be technical reasons why it did not work and we can find that out by logging in to your site. If it is something else, please point it out and we are going to try to find a solution :)
That being said, you can always request a refund from Envato/ThemeForest.
