    Hello,

I got 500 server error after updating a specific page.
I checked error logs and it said “End of script output before headers: post.php, “.
How do I fix the problem?
Could you please check my site?

    Hey Ayumi,
Thank you for your patience and the link to your site, I was able to update your page by adding text and I saw no error, are you still having this issue? How can I recreate the error?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Ayumi,

Thanks for the update. Could you please enable debug mode, so that we can copy the content of the problem page to a test page? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

    Best regards,

I’ve added the code to child theme functions.php to enable debug mode.
Could you please check it ?

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I created a test page, please see private. I tried cleaning up some of the markup which you had added in the content, but the server error is still occurring. Could you share server error logs with us please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I’m not sure what to make of that unfortunately, it doesn’t really give any clues on what is going wrong. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can give you any more information please? Also please point out to them, that the error page doesn’t seem to be coming from WordPress, it’s a server error page.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Rikard,
The hosting provider said it wasn’t the server error.
Also he mentioned that Internal Server Error 500 was the problem related to the contents and it might caused by the access permission. However I don’t think so because I could update the page when I added only text.

Anyway, I’ve already deleted the page and recreated another one.
So, it’s OK to close the thread.
    Thank you.
    Best,
    Ayumi
