    hello, I have the following challenges:
    1. I want to move from the domain http://www.lg-bw.com to the new domain http://www.lgc-bw.com. How will this affect my license? Is there something I must be mindful of before I move?

    2. The Enfold 2017 demo is refusing import. I increased execution time to 3600, increased memory to 512mn, and enabled the PHP zip extension. But I keep getting the following error:
    “Download of files for demo Enfold 2017 didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    Please help, I have lost the past 2 days troubleshooting this problem just to get it to work. I have not made any progress because of this issue. Kindley come to our aid?

    Hey,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    1- You can migrate your domain, it would not affect your license. Please make sure registration is only on one domain after the migration though.

    2- Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable PHP ZipArchive Extension. If that does not help, could you please create temporary WordPress admin logins and FTP logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)
