Hello,
after the update, some images (background) and image galleries are no longer loaded directly. The message 404 appears even though I only installed the update.
The images only appear when the page is called up in the browser for the second time.
This is not user friendly.
And some headings are not displayed correctly on a new page!Is there already a solution. Thanks,

Sorry for the problem. I checked both the pages you linked to, but I can’t see any problem there on first load. The background images are showing up fine on my end. Could you try loading the pages in different browsers, or check in incognito/private windows please?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 3, 2021 at 8:33 am #1314087Hi,
the problem is still there!
I have now tested the pages in Chrome and Safari, images that are in the background and have been set are only displayed when the browser is called up a second time. And if you add a new color section to the page and set an image as the background, it will not be displayed at all.
That can’t be normal!
It would be good if nobody even looks at it.After I changed the settings from fixed to scrolling, no more images are displayed or loaded there.
As if you had not inserted any pictures, although the pictures are available in the dashboard.Best Regards

August 4, 2021 at 12:04 pm #1314357Hi Stefan,
I’m seeing the same thing on my end now as well, it doesn’t work on first load, but does work if the page is reloaded. It was working as it should on my end yesterday though. I’m not sure what is causing this unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look at your site as well. Please reply to this thread once you have read it, so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,

is there a solution to my problem?
Thanks,
StefanAugust 7, 2021 at 2:56 pm #1315034Hi,
Thank you for your patience, I have tried examining your page but on each first load when the error occurs I notice different 404 errors, sometimes it is a css file,/file/avia_posts_css/post-719.css
other times it is images
the directory/file/
is not a default directory it is suppose to be/wp-content/uploads/
but on the second load the files do load with the modified directory.
so I suspect your security plugin, but I’m not sure why. I wonder if somehow your cookie plugin is affecting this.
Try disabling all of your plugins to see if that solves and if not please leave them disabled so we can investigate further.Best regards,
Mike -
