Responsive menu treshold by device height

Hello, Kriesi Team,
the resolution of phone screens has increased significantly over the past few years. Today I have added some rules to the site for responsive layout. I’ve noticed that a pretty large percentage of visitors, mostly students, use phones in landscape.
The problem only arises at higher resolutions, e.g. my Samsung Note 8 with 850px in landscape is already seen as a tablet, but if the device is less than 550px in portrait then it’s not appropriate to display the standard large menu. I suppose it’s not just a CSS thing, but also a JavaScript thing. Is any way, how to switch to hamburger menu in version 4.8.1 ?
For those who are interested, here is the CSS code to disable the Sticky menu. However, the usability of the dropdown menu is still lousy.
