    Good day everyone,

I am seeing this odd error on one of our clientele’s sites. I did a little checking, but while it has been seen before, I could not find a solution to it. It also seems to go along with the sites being incredibly slow to respond on the back-end.

Notice: Trying to get property 'item_id' of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.gov/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 93

Is it safe to assume that Pixelenty is the theme update script framework?

The domain recently changed, and I am curious if that might have anything to do with it. I have updated everything in WordPress to reflect that using Go Live Update URLS Pro, which normally works perfectly for us. We have not seen this error on any other sites.

Also, current site config is WP 5.6.4, Enfold 4.8.3. I can get you a full plugin list, if desired. I have shut off plugins, but get the same error.

    Thank you for any help!

I forgot to note that I have done a re-install of both WP (in-place) and Enfold (fresh copy + saved settings).

    Hi Jason E,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
