Nach dem Update auf das neue Theme (auf einer Testseite) funktioniert ein Plugin nicht mehr (Flowfact). Es werden auf der Seite keine Objekte mehr angezeigt, die Liste ist ohne Einträge. In dem Tool sind aber noch Objekte hinterlegt. Kommt das neue Theme mit dem Plugin nicht mehr zurecht?

We have no official support for that plugin unfortunately, but I’m not sure if I can see the problem on your actual site though. Could you post a screenshot highlighting it, or try to explain a bit further please?

thank you for your answer. I took the update only on our test site (not live) so you can not recognize the problem.
With the private content I have sent you a screenshot.
On the live site (first link, previous version of the theme) you can see many objects. But after updating the theme (only at the test site) you will see a note that the search was unsuccessful.

We tried to change the filters in the plugin and it seems to be working as it should. Items are displayed after the search. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. You may need to contact the plugin developer for additional assistance.
After the theme update, please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and purge the cache.
