License is valid for a lifetime for single domain. You do not need to renew it every year. You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates from WordPress dashboard.
