    Hi,

    I cannot enter any text in the symbol box. In the frontend, only the message “Click to add your own text here” is displayed, which cannot be overwritten. It is also not possible to insert a button.

    What do I have to do?

    (WP 5.8, Enfold 4.8.4

    Same problem here since I did update Enfold this morning.
    Text is still there in the editor but not shown in frontend.

    I already did disable plugins like Autoptimze without improvement.
    However no plugins have been added or changed besides Updating Enfold to latest Version.

    Please advice. I would not like to live without that that feature in the future…

    Hi Morcy,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience!

    I downgraded Enfold version to 4.8.3 on your installation.

    We have reported the issue to our devs and will release a fix as soon as we can. I shared this thread as reference thread as well. We will keep you updated here :)

    I fixed all Boxes on my page. May I assume that this will be fixed in a future release? It occurs it is limited to the “Symbol-Box” only.

    Yes, it will be fixed as soon as possible.

    If you would like to apply a temporary fix, please go to /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/iconbox/iconbox.php in Appearance > Editor and find following on 196th line

    
'std' 	=> __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),

    and comment it out as following 

    
//'std' 	=> __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),

    If you would like us to apply the temporary fix for you, please start a new thread and post temporary WP admin logins privately.
