Hi, I’m encountering some sort of bug / malfunction with adding menu items.
In Appearance > Menus, when I try to add a page I’ve created it shows up as (Pending) with no information and link. I can create a custom link with the correct page, but then I cannot nest it as a submenu item (which is how I need it). It will nest initially in the interface, but the moment I hit save, it will move out of the submenu to the main menu.

Thank you for the inquiry.
When adding an item to a menu, the item should be added immediately to the menu without changing its name to “Pending”, so this is a bit odd. Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily? You should also update the plugins to the latest versions.
