    Hi,
    We have a website that was set up a few years ago using the Enfold theme.
    We want to continue using the theme, however, the version we have is not compatible with the latest PHP version.
    We cannot find any details as to the original purchase of the theme.
    We are happy to purchase another new license to get the updated version but we need to be sure the new one will not break the currently installed copy.

    I checked your website and it seems like theme files were not modified so updating should go smoothy. I have attached Enfold 3.0.4 in private content field field in case you would like to compare files.

    To be on the safe side, please update the theme on a testing installation.

    We can update the theme for you, you do not need to pay however we would need to verify your purchase of the license so please post your purchase code here privately :)

    Please make sure that you have a backup and post FTP logins privately as well.

    Sorry if there was a misunderstanding but I am aware that you cannot find the details of the original purchase.

    Please post your purchase code after you purchase a new license and we will update the theme as soon as we can :)

    I have updated Enfold to the latest version 4.8.3 and checked your pages. Everything seems fine.

    Please review your website and generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive future auto updates in WP dashboard so you can update the theme with a few clicks :)
