    Hi,

    One of our websites is down and we can’t log in. There is a white screen with the following text.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using an old version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating Enfold to the latest version would fix the issue.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.3.

    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP logins here privately as well.

    Hi,

    Yes, that was the information we needed. Thank you.

    I updated the theme to the latest version via FTP. You should be able to login to your site.

    However, even before updating the theme, I was receiving “server cannot be found” error. According to this site, https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com your website is currently down. Please contact your hosting provider and they should be able to help you with that as this is server related issue.
