menu or menu item height?

How can I change the height/size of a specific menu item? This menu item will always be highlighted, but it’s too big.. https://www.flickr.com/photos/justinrains/51284645952/in/dateposted-public/

Hey Justin,

Thanks for the screenshot. I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to change though, could you try to explain that a bit further please? Also please post a link to where we can see the actual element.
