Dear support team, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I am not able to log in to the admin panel and the following error message appears:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/customer/www/s-c.co.il/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/s-c.co.il/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php:28) in /home/customer/www/s-c.co.il/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1296
The same error message appears at the header of the front end of the website..
Please advise. Thank you.

July 1, 2021 at 10:41 am #1308286Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We tried to access the server via FTP but the login account seems to be invalid. Please check the info carefully or provide another account. Did you modify the layer slider shortcode in the child theme?
Best regards,

Thank you for your patience, I see that you are using Enfold vVersion: 4.6.3.1
Please update the theme via FTP to v4.8.3
The easiest and safest way to do this is to download the newest version from your Theme Forest account and rename your current theme folder to “enfold-old” via ftp then upload the new “enfold” folder and check that your site is working correctly.
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” folder to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.
Once you are happy you can delete the “enfold-old” folder via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.Best regards,
MikeJuly 15, 2021 at 10:47 pm #1310329I did this and it is still not working. I still can’t login to the admin area. I uploaded the newest version of Enfold through my FTP program and I still get the same error. Any other ideas to fix this?
July 16, 2021 at 2:14 am #1310336Never mind. I got it fixed. I cleared the dynamic cache, and I manually changed the theme in the database. I’m not sure which one did the trick, but I can login to the admin area now.
