    Hi,
I cant’ remove the custom widget area I have created.
The widget displays as soon as I have more than one column in the footer.
    Many thanks.
    Valérie.

    Hi Rikard,
I would prefer if you could provide me with some insights on how to do it myself!
I added a custom widget area in the appearence>widgets section. Then it displays as soon as I set a 2 columns footer in the theme settings.
    Many thanks,
    Valérie.

    Hi Valérie,

It’s difficult to help you out if we cannot see the backend of your site. Did you add any code manually to register the widget in question? If not, then does the widget area have any content? If it doesn’t, then please try to add some content to it, to see if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
