    Hello,
    when I import a downloaded zip file from google fonts, in emport/export menu, it is appeared:

    Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reaload the page and try again.

    I did it many times (Reload the page and trying again) but not success, could you point to any solution?
    (Trying with capriola and ubuntu)

    Hi Ismale, thank you very much for your quick answer,

    I’ve installed themes and plugin by zip code. I’ve checked that just one file on the zip folder, and no results.

    anything further? I’ve sent you temporary user and pass…

    Hi,

    We are actually referring to the PHP Zip Archive extension, not the theme files. You should ask your hosting provider if this extension is enabled, or check it in the WordPress > Dashboard > LayerSlider > Options and click “System Status” and look under “Server Settings” as described in the following thread.
