    hello, last week i purchased a support renewal via Themeforest, however it appears that i am still not allowed to post or ask questions within the support forum. Do i need to do any additional steps to activate this?

    I have done this exactly and i can only search posts. I cannot author new threads.

    Hi,

    Could you please try another browser or incognito mode and check if that helps? You should be able to start new threads as long as you are logged in.

    ok, using that link, i now see the “open a new thread” button and the topic list. I also see the form at the bottom to start a new thread. I cannot see this when i navigate back to the support forum.
