    We would like to import Enfold theme settings. We can upload the .txt file to the media library, but when importing in the child THeme (also in the main THeme) we always get an error MEssage:

    “Couldnt import the config because the server didnt respond. Please reload the page, then try again.”

    Please let us know how we can solve this problem.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience and the login, you are getting this server error:
    /admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)
    this means that your server is having an error, please check your server error log to determine the cause, if you are unsure how to do this try asking your webhost to assist.

    Hi Mike,

    I’m having the same issue on our site as well. I just installed the newest version of Enfold via FTP and I can upload the old theme settings, but once i go in and try to “import” it from the media section, it has the exact same error. I’ve deactivated all plugins and changed permissions as well and I am still having the issue.

    Hi,
    Please check your webhost server log for any errors such as PHP 500 (Internal Server Error) if you do have a Internal Server Error try reaching out to your webhost to investigate. If not then please open a new thread and include admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.
