    I have built my site with Enfold and using EC Pro but seems to be a known conflict with the theme and when I try to click buy tickets it just diverts straight to hompage and not to paypal.

    Is this an issue you are aware of? Is there a fix please? I don’t want to have to rebuild my site all over again using another theme

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We can reproduce the issue on our end but we are not yet sure what is causing it. Clicking on the buy tickets button does not generate any errors, it just redirects to the home page. Does it work correctly when the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings or the privacy options are disabled?

    Hello,

    I have had to use a different theme for this site now as it was an urgent build. As soon as I changed the theme the events booking worked perfectly.

    I have found some evidence online to suggest that there are issues with using EC and Enfold.

    Didn’t have time to wait for a fix.
