I purchased this theme back in 2009, and am having issues. I have contacted by web host (host gator) but they have told me I need to contact you. Can you please tell me how I can get help as the issue is not allowing me to update my website.

We have stopped developing Display theme around 7 years ago so unfortunately it is no longer available. We are now a one theme company and only theme we offer since 2013 is Enfold.
