    A while ago, I set up a staging environment and started making changes to my site. Suddenly all my content disappeared minus the changes that I just made. Thinking I must have done something, I started a new staging environment and that was going fine for quite a while (~a month). But today, I logged into wordpress and, again, suddenly everything but the changes I made is gone. This time I am pretty sure that I didn’t touch anything since last night and this morning.

    All the help will be GREATLY appreciated!!

    UPDATE: I noticed that all the content is there when I view the website not logged in, but when I view the site logged in, it is all gone…

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, but your content seems to be showing, can you include a login so we can look closer?
    I noticed that you have this error showing in the browser console, perhaps try disabling the siteground-optimizer plugin
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘!’ siteground-optimizer…eff09198bc46.js:242

    I have tried that. I have included my login credentials (notice the different url). I am also experiencing another problem: the mobile menu will not open.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login but I get the error “unknown user” please check. I also note that this is for a different staging site than your opening post, I tried the login on both, staging3 & staging4 but neither work, I also see that on staging3 the content shows before logging in like you noted above but not on staging4 so are you sure it has to do with logging in? Perhaps you were mixed up on which site you were on?
    I also see that your live site is working correctly, including the mobile menu, and your live site and both staging sites are using version 4.7.6.4, so is your issue that you can not get the staging sites to work or is there an issue with your live site?

    Hello,
    Please try those same credentials again. For some reason the user creation didn’t go through, but now I made sure it did. There is no issue with the live site there is only an issue with the staging site.
