I’m facing a performance problem with LTFB > 1.5 s and I’m trying to figure out the reason in debug-mode.
For some tests I was trying to import the general theme settings for 2nd and 3rd language but it didn’t save any changes. Hey Filz,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I created a Admin account. You find the backend link in the private field. It’s a test site but probably the same behavior on the productive site.

I tried to click on the link you provided however it only redirects me to the login page but does not grant access, please check.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tried to import using the Theme Options and it worked properly (screenshot in private content).
I also don’t see the issues you mentioned when inspecting on the site however I do see some js errors in the web console.Best regards,

Yes, it works in the child theme. But try with Enfold parent, French language.
The error comes from the file /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-template-saving.js

I tried to import using Enfold 4.8.3, exported settings from your main language then imported it on your 2nd and 3rd language and it seems to work properly on my end (screenshot in private content).
Can you tell us what browser and OS you’re using? you might have extensions that maybe interfering. (I’m using Chrome in Windows 10)Best regards,
