    Hi,

    The FTP login details are working for me, but I can’t see what the problem is unfortunately. Your site breaks directly when Enfold is activated unfortunately. Do you have access to server logs? If so, then please share them with us here. You could also try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can see what is breaking.

    Your site is accessible again, but it has a default theme active.

    Do you remember which version of the theme you were running before the update? If you do, then we can try to downgrade to that first of all. If not, then we can try the previous version to see if that works better.

    The theme version was around 4.1, but I am sure exactly, it was from middle 2017.

    Hi David,

    It seems like theme files were not overwritten correctly. I deleted the theme and re-installed and that helped.
