Sub menu spacing

Hi,
I’ve separated the items in my sub-menu on 2 sepparate lines, but they look really bad like this (4 on the top line, 3 on the bottom line).
Do you have any idea how I could allign the items in the sub-menu so that every item is the same distance to the next one? And on the second line, they should be aligned on 3 sepparate columns and the distances should be the same between elements.
