    Hi there,
I recently noticed that my blog posts return a blank page. I tried disabling all plugins and the problem remains. Then i switched to a default WordPress theme and the problem was solved! This indicates me that the Enfold theme must be at the center of the issue.

My WordPress install has the latest version. I am using Enfold child theme with Enfold 4.8.2.

I have no errors in the error log.

Please let me know how to correct this.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hey Bernard-Brassard,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Would you mind providing a link to the page or post with the issue? The Blogue page seems to be displaying the posts properly. Is it where you are having this issue?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!
The issue is when one clicks on a blog post to read it. Then, a blank page appears. You can see the problem here or on any other blog post:

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I temporarily activated the parent theme, and it’s working the way it should after that. The problem is likely coming from your child theme, but we couldn’t check it since the Editor functionality is disabled on your installation.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Indeed, it seems to be the child theme. However, I cannot disable it because I have many customizations. Are there child theme updates or something I can do in order to solve the problem of blog posts not working?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

There are no updates for child themes, since they are only used to override the parent theme files. I would suggest that you try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see what is causing the problem. If you can’t do this on your live site, then you might want to consider copying the site to a staging site, and test there first.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
