Hello, I am having a very rare problem.
I can access to the web in private mode, boy when I am logged I have access to wp-admin and do changes, but not to the web site.
In firefox the error is: Esta página no funcionaLa página faceclinic.es no puede procesar esta solicitud ahora.
HTTP ERROR 500In safari the page is in white.
I have deactivate all plugins, I have talk with my server provider, but anyone know the reason.
Do you have any idea what this could be?
The web is faceclinic.es

Can you tell us the specific steps you do and where the Error 500 occurs? since you mentioned you were able to log in and do changes.
Then since it most likely require access to see the issue, can you give us access on it as well (just replace the password once it’s fixed)
Just post the credentials in private content.Best regards,
NikkoMay 19, 2021 at 7:11 am #1301139Hello ok.
I just go to my admin and do changes for example in text, I save them correctly and when I go to see the changes in the web site get the 500 error. Some days I can se the page a few times correctly, and in the third time I can not see it anymore but I still can do changes in admin correctly.
If I clean navegation data in chrome I can access again correctly to the page, but that way I have to do it everytime I open one page!!! is crazy!
Thank you for your help.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I created a private test page (link in private content) which is a duplicate of your homepage and made some changes but I did not experience the Error 500 (Internal Server Error).
I’m just not sure what trigger’s it on your end but it could be one of the things listed in: https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/technical-matters/http-error-500-internal-server-error/
Upon checking on Tools > Site Health > Info > Server, the PHP time limit is 30 and Max input time is 60 which may cause PHP timeout issue, try to set this to 180 or 240 (you can request for your hosting provider to change this).Best regards,
Nikko -
