    Dear Kriesi,
    Quite some time ago we purchased the Enfold theme for our website melodyhifi.eu. Currently I would like to make an account to get access to the forums to ask a specific question but we cannot find the purchase code anywhere.

    Could you help me to resolve this?

    Please see following screenshot to find your purchase code

    You would need to login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold license.

    After locating your purchase code, you can use it to register to our support forums – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and then start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)
