    Hello,
    I’m trying to import a theme setting file and I get this error:
    Couldn’t import the config because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again

    Reading in the forum someone suggest that can be the php zip deactivated. I ask to my host and they tell me is enable.

    Hey asmo111,

    Thanks for the login details. Are we allowed to try and upload a theme settings file for you? Also, which file are you trying to use?
