    For one of my websites I’m using a video as a header on the home page, but it doesn’t appear as it used to in Chrome and Firefox (in Safari it still looks fine). Instead of covering the header in full, it shows up small in the corner. I tried re adding the video but is still doesn’t work. Can you help me? As a quick fix I replaced the video with an image for now, but I would like to go back to the video header.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I tried activating your parent theme, and the problem goes away after that. Could you try removing all your customisations, then add them back one by one, to see what is causing this problem please?

    Hi Rikard, I’ve added my customisations back and now it works again! Could it be that a plugin I removed was the reason the video stopped showing correctly?

    Great, I’m glad that you got things working again. I’m not sure what could have been the reason unfortunately, but a plugin could have been responsible. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
