I’ve been using various SEO tools to analyse my Enfold website and one thing that it’s thrown up is that the homepage is reported to be non-indexable. I asked for advice on the report and they told me that ‘the homepage is non-indexable because it is canonicalised – the canonical link references a different URL. Specifically https://mywebsite.com/home/ instead of https://mywebsite.com/.’ Could you have a look and see why this might be?
Hey mosaic,
If you are running an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO, then you should be able to change that value in the plugin options on the page in question.
Best regards,
Rikard
Using Yoast I can add a canonical URL to say that https://mywebsite.com/ is my main home page, but there is currently already a canonical link in the code. Where does this come from? I believe this is interfering. I’ve included the canonical link in private content.
Hi,
The theme adds that, but if you run Yoast, the plugin settings should apply.

Rikard
All sorted! Thank you.
Hi,
Did you need additional help with this topic or shall we close?
Best regards,
