    Hello, I am trying to create a support log in but it is not recognizing my purchase code. I bought it through theme forest, the item purchase code i have is 3b0513a1-1519-41b4-8048-775151d55561. Purchase date 2020-07-06 16:50:00 UTC.

    Your purchase code seems to be invalid. It might be a purchase code of another item and not Enfold. Could you please go to your ThemeForest account and double check if that might be the case? :)
