    Hi there,

    It’s been a while since I was on your forums, but I discovered a bug on one of my websites and I can not get it fixed. Therefore I thought it was a good idea to create a support ticket on your forums, like I always did in the past.

    After logging in to my account I can not find any option to create another ticket. I don’t understand why.

    Could you please take a look as to why this is happening please?

    I tested your account and there is nothing wrong with it.

    After logging in, please go to – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post to start new threads :)

    Regarding the issue you are having, please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme which is currently 4.8.2 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/
