I wish to replicate the functionality shown on the following URL. Can you tell me how to do this or advise if you know of a Plugin that has this capability and is compatible with Enfold.

There’s nothing like that in the theme by default, but you can check out examples of the sliders which are available here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/content-slider/
I’m not aware of any plugins which would implement such functionality unfortunately.
