Hello!
I’ve been having some issues with the mobile display of some webpages that use the “fixed” or “parallax” background image display types when viewed on mobile. I am aware that those display types default to scrolling view on mobile, which is not the issue for me, but when they default to “scroll” they display as cropped “no repeat” in the “bottom center” position, rather than as “center center” with the “stretch to fit”.
I know I could clone the project page to create a mobile page redirect and then change the background image to scroll, but I was hoping to keep the mobile version and desktop version of this page the same, since i need to edit this frequently and would prefer to avoid having to duplicate changes twice on both pages.
Please let me know if there is a good solution for this.
Thanks!
Joe
Hey jifei,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Would you mind providing a screenshot of the background size issue? We checked one of the sections with the parallax background and we found no issue with it, as shown in the screenshot below.

As you can see in the screenshot, the background image covers the whole color section. The space above and below the section with the parallax background image are actually two separate sections that were automatically created by the theme because there are separator/whitespace element above and below section.
Best regards,
Ismael
