Some while ago I built a website that worked ok. About a month ago the client added Divi Builder to place a webinar page on the site. Divi has somehow affected a number of things but generally one page. Turn it off and everything goes back reasonably to normal. Divi does not believe its their problem and has said that there is a 409 error on the page Failure to load a resource in particular Avia -shortcodes. I cannot see why it only effects one page when most other pages are setup with similar coding and style. Not sure what to look for. Whether it is a Divi problem or a Avia problem. Can some one please point me in the right direction?

    Hi Richard,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I wasn’t able to see the 409 error you mentioned, however, https://www.savvasleondas.com/bespoke-programs/ is now fixed.
I just clicked on Use the Divi Builder then clicked on Return to Default Editor.
The design was messed up because there were some HTML tags from Divi that were added which was causing design issues on the layout that is made with Enfold.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
