    Hi,
    please see these 4 screenshot:

    douglas-consulting.de/screenshots/dc1.jpg
It shows that the Enfold page which we used to show the woocommerce products uses a sidebar
This is the code to call the products:
    [av_productgrid categories='18,36' wc_prod_visible='' wc_prod_hidden='' wc_prod_featured='' wc_prod_additional_filter='use_additional_filter' sort='dropdown' prod_order='' offset='0' columns='2' image_size='woocommerce_thumbnail' items='9' paginate='yes' alb_description='' id='' custom_class='' template_class='' av_uid='av-knmye4x7' sc_version='1.0']

    douglas-consulting.de/screenshots/dc2.jpg
It shows that the sidebar has content

    douglas-consulting.de/screenshots/dc3.jpg
It shows that the standard woocommerce shop-URL shows the fiolters. So they are there, in the right sidebar, and working

    douglas-consulting.de/screenshots/dc4.jpg
It shows that the sidebar called in the Enfold page does not

How do i make the sidebar shows the filters?

    Hey DouPaule,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

The filter widgets from the plugin only work on the base shop page and the default product archive pages. It is not compatible with the the product grid element, unfortunately. To make it work, you have to set the page as the default or base shop page in the Woocommerce > Settings panel.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Ok.
    Not what i expected.
That means i have no option to style the look of my shoppage if i want to use filters?

btw: The pricefilter does not work. It works if i enable another theme.
Can you please have a look?

    Hi,

We found a jQuery error in the console, which is generated from a WOOF script.

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
        at (index):278

You may need to reload an old version of jQuery using this plugin.

    // https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

After the installation, go to the plugin’s panel, and set the jQuery version to “legacy”.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hallo Ismael
    OK, i see.
    Comes from WOOF-Filter, right?
As far as i know Woocommerce has the same set as actually shown as standard-filters.
Can you confirm that? (So i could deinstall WOOF again, right?)

    kind regards
    Christian

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

The plugin adds more functionality to the default filter but it currently generates an error. You may need to ask the plugin author for additional help in order to properly use the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
