    I have a page on my site where one element and everything in side will not save when click on the save button.

    The rest of the page works. So other element do work and you can click the save button

    Even when I recreated this element again things would save right up to I put in the last bit which is the Button on bottom right.
    When I get there and press save, then update the page, then whole element I have just recreated disappears completely

    Currently I have not narrowed it down to the Grid Row element.

    Can you please check this and see if it is just me?
    I did copy the whole code to another site and got the same results

    Wondering if my Theme is corrupt somehow

    Hey wealthyone,

    Sorry for the problem. Open html markup, or special characters can cause that to happen unfortunately. Like this example in your content for example:

    <h4><span style="color: #000000;">>> Healthy Homes</span></h4>

    The two closing brackets before the text might be breaking the layout builder, could you try removing things like that from your content, to see if that helps?

    If you need further help with this, then please create a test page, and give us admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer looks.
